Nihil is a three movement work crossing the boundaries between the more artistically aware forms of popular music (ambient and metal) and the world of classical / “art” music. Draping its droning motivic narrative through an aesthetic of overdriven guitar and delay/effects, Nihil evokes a cosmic picture of decay and regeneration.
